Scuf's Pizza

Privacy policy

Effective October 2, 2026

Scuf's Pizza is a DBA of Garrett Walks Dogs, LLC. This policy explains what happens to the information you give this website. The short version: I use it to plan your event and nothing else. I don't sell it, and I don't run ads or tracking on this site.

What I collect

When you fill out the booking form, I get what you type in: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your event date, guest count and event address, and anything you write in the notes.

If a host sends you an RSVP link for their party, the RSVP form collects your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, whether you're coming, how many people are in your group, and any food allergies you write in. I share your name and answers only with that party's host. Your phone number and email are for me only: the host's guest list doesn't show them.

When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically logs basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. Those logs help keep the site running and secure. To stop spam, the site also briefly checks how many times your connection has submitted the form. That count isn't stored in a database.

This site doesn't use cookies to track visitors. It has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media widgets.

How I use it

  • To reply to you and plan your event.
  • To send you a quote and invoices if you book.
  • To work out the drive to your venue, so I arrive on time.
  • To keep the event records a food business is required to keep.

Who else handles it

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it for anyone's marketing. A few services handle it on my behalf so the business can run:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Supabase stores booking requests and RSVPs.
  • Discord delivers a notification with your request's details to the workspace I use to run the business.
  • AI assistant tools (Anthropic) help me organize booking requests and plan events. They process your request's details on my behalf and don't use them for advertising.
  • Stripe creates and processes invoices and payments if you book. Your card details go directly to Stripe. I never see or store them.
  • OpenStreetMap services convert your venue address into a map location and estimate the drive time. Only the address is sent to them.

I'll also disclose information if the law requires it.

Other companies tracking you

No third party collects information on this site about your activity over time or across other websites.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site doesn't track you across websites in the first place, so it behaves the same whether or not the signal is on.

How long I keep it

I keep booking requests and event records as long as I need them to run your event and keep my business records, including records the law requires me to keep.

Reviewing or changing your information

To see, correct or delete the information you've sent me, reply to any email I've sent you, or send a new request through the booking form saying what you'd like changed. I'll take care of it, except for records I'm legally required to keep.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking events. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
